Our yurt provides a large open plan space for sleeping and relaxing.  A central wood burning stove provides warmth and a focal point.  It can sleep two in a double bed, two on a fold out futon and if required, a further two children could sleep on an African bedroll on the floor by the fire.

It is simply decorated with carpets, rugs and fabric from around the world and has a warm, homely atmosphere with a unique charm.  There is no power to the yurt to ensure that you are not distracted from the peace and simplicity of the experience.  To replace the TV we have provided a number of family games and books to while away a pleasant evening by the fire.

As you would expect, all bedding is provided, with duvets and extra blankets available to ensure a warm night's sleep to the accompaniment of a gentle rural soundtrack.

We supply wood for the stove sourced from our own trees or reclaimed from other sustainable sources.
